For coaches, trainers and gyms
A website built to bring in clients, not just to look good.
Most coaching sites look fine and still bring in almost no clients. I build yours around what your visitors actually want and how they decide, so more of them book. Then I keep improving it from there.

If this sounds familiar
The site looks done, but it is not pulling its weight.
You invested in a site at some point, and it looks professional enough. The problem is that visitors land, look around, and leave without booking. And you have no real idea why.
- 01
A designer made it look good, but nobody asked what it was actually supposed to do.
- 02
You built it yourself on a template, and every update eats a weekend you do not have.
- 03
It loads slowly, breaks on mobile, or throws plugin errors you have learned to ignore.
- 04
People visit, but almost none of them book a call or buy anything.
How it works
These sites work because they are built on what your clients actually want.
A designer makes it look good. An agency makes it look expensive. Neither starts from the question that pays your bills: does the visitor actually book? I start there. I research what your clients want and what holds them back, build your offer and message around it, then design every page so the next step feels obvious. I have spent years doing this for coaches, trainers and gyms, so I know what makes people in this space decide.
What you get
A site designed around the next step.
Every build starts from your customers: what they want, what stops them, how they decide. Not from a template I happen to like. Here is what that includes:
Built to get the booking
Every page points to one clear next step, built around how clients actually choose.
Copy that does the work
Written to move visitors toward booking, in your voice, from your offer and your reviews.
Fast, secure, modern build
Built on fast, modern technology, the same kind this page runs on, so it loads fast and does not break.
Built on customer research
I research your customers and competitors first, so every choice is grounded in what people actually want, not guessed.
After launch
Going live is the start, and I keep it running from there.
A site that nobody maintains slowly rots. Updates pile up, security drifts, small things break. The monthly plan keeps that from happening. You get one point of contact for the technical side, so you never log into a host or a plugin screen again.
The monthly plan is technical care, so the scope stays clear. Want it to keep getting better, not just keep running? That is the optional improvement work below, and you can add it any time.
The monthly plan covers
Hosting on a fast, modern setup
Security, monitoring and backups
Software and dependency updates
One point of contact, me
Uptime you do not have to think about
Optional, keep making it better
A page is rarely its best on day one.
As an option, I keep improving yours after launch. I install analytics and session recordings, read what visitors ask and what your clients tell you, then test and ship the changes that get more people to book. You see what changed and what it moved.
The improvement work covers
Analytics and session recordings, set up and watched
What visitors ask and what clients tell you, turned into changes
Small changes tested and shipped, not guessed
A monthly read on what moved and what is next
Recent work
Real sites I built for people in your world.
Coaches, trainers and gyms, the same crowd you are in. The page you are reading is built the same way.

I build and maintain the landing pages that sell his online PT course, the most thorough one in the field.

What a site like this costs elsewhere.
You are likely choosing between three options already. Here is the going rate, and what tends to be missing each time.
| The usual way | Roughly | What is missing |
|---|---|---|
| A DIY builder (Wix, Squarespace) | €15 to 40 / mo + your hours | You do the work, the marketing thinking and the upkeep. It looks fine, it rarely brings in clients. |
| A freelance web designer | €1,500 to 4,000 once | Builds what you brief. Made to look nice, not to bring in clients, and you are on your own after launch. |
| A web agency | €6,000+ once, plus retainers | Polished and slow, with account managers sitting between you and the person actually building. |
I sit apart from all three: built to bring in clients, one person who builds it and keeps it running, and priced with you on the call.
What it costs
One build, then a plan to keep it healthy.
Pricing depends on scope, so I set it with you on the call, not from a table that pretends every site is the same. It comes in two parts.
One-time
The build
Strategy, design, copy and the full build, made to bring in clients.
Quoted on the call
- Niche and audience research
- Design and copy built to get clients
- Built on fast, modern tech
- A focused review round, then launch
Monthly
The care plan
Hosting, security and updates, handled for you.
Quoted on the call
- Hosting, backups and monitoring
- Security and software updates
- One point of contact
- No host or plugin logins, ever
Nothing forces you onto the care plan to launch, but most would rather not keep an eye on a server. You and I decide on the call.
Maybe the site is not where you are losing people.
The first call is free. I look at where it loses people, and you decide from there.
This is for you if
You coach or run an online business
Fitness, health, longevity or a related online practice.
You want your site to bring in clients
You want it to be a real source of new clients, working while you coach.
You want it handled
You would rather coach than manage hosting and updates.
You value results over decoration
A site that performs beats one that only photographs well.
This is not for you if
You need the cheapest possible template
If price is the only goal, a DIY builder fits better.
You want a large shop or content platform
Big catalogs and complex e-commerce are a different build.
You want to manage everything yourself
If you enjoy the technical side, you may not need the care plan.
Common questions
What people usually want to check first.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The site is yours, including the content and the domain. The care plan is a service you can stop, and I set out how a handover works upfront, so you are never locked in.
What do you build it on?
Fast, modern technology, the same kind this page runs on. It loads quickly, stays secure, and does not depend on a pile of plugins. If you specifically need WordPress, tell me on the call and I walk you through the trade-offs.
Can you rebuild or migrate my current site?
Usually yes. I look at what is worth keeping, what to rewrite so it brings in more clients, and how to move it without losing your search rankings.
What does the monthly plan actually cover?
The technical side: hosting, security, backups and updates, with me as your one point of contact. Marketing changes and new campaigns sit outside it, so the scope stays clear and the price stays honest.
What about small text or image changes?
Minor tweaks are part of keeping the site healthy. Larger changes, new pages or new sections are quoted separately, so the plan does not quietly turn into open-ended work.
Do you also do ads, SEO or content?
Yes, those are separate VOM services. A site that brings in clients is the foundation the rest builds on, which is why I tend to start here.
How long does a build take?
It depends on scope and how quickly I get content and feedback from you. I give you a realistic timeline on the call, not a number designed to sound good.
Next step
Bring your site, or just the idea.
The first call is free. I look at where your current site loses people, and tell you whether a rebuild is worth it. If it is not, I say so.
