Short-form video for fitness, health and longevity coaches
One recording becomes a week of clips that sound like you.
You know your coaching is good. Your feed does not show it yet. You record once, and I turn it into a week of short-form in your voice, so the right people finally see what you do. Without losing your evenings to editing.
The first call is free. Send me one recording and I will show you the set it turns into.

Trusted by health and fitness brands

If this sounds familiar
The hard part is done. The posting is not.
You are great at the coaching. That was never the question. The problem is that your best thinking ends up buried in a long recording almost nobody watches, while coaches who know half of what you do fill the feed.
- 01
You post for two weeks, life gets busy, and the feed goes quiet again.
- 02
Your best coaching is buried in a 60-minute podcast nobody ever clips.
- 03
An editor is slow, costs a fortune, and still does not get your coaching.
- 04
You know short-form would grow your practice. You just do not have a week to make it.
How it works
You do two things. I do the rest.
Send one recording and approve the set. The heavy editing runs on a pipeline I built myself, so you get the full week of clips in days, for less than an editor charges, with me writing the words and checking the quality.
Why it sounds like you
I learn your brand before I touch the footage.

The caption
Written for their audience, from the brand profile. Not auto-generated.
I only work with coaches in fitness, sport, health and longevity, so your world is the one I already know. Before the first clip, I map who you coach, what you stand for, your offer, and the words your audience actually responds to. I pull it from your website, your reviews, a short survey, and any data you already have. That is a one-time onboarding step, and it sits under every plan.
Every clip choice and every caption comes out of that. It is the difference between content that sounds like you and content that sounds like a generic clipper.
I produce the content and direct the creative. You still own what gets posted and your overall strategy. This is not social-media management.
What you get
One recording in. A week of posts out.
Send a podcast, a video or a webinar, in English or Dutch, with you on camera. Here is what comes back, every cycle:
~8 short-form clips
9:16, captions burned in, cut and reframed from your recording.
A caption and hook for every clip
Written in your voice, from your brand profile. Ready to copy and post.
One feedback round
You review the full set, I adjust. One round, then it is done.
Ready to post, or posted for you
Handed over ready to go, or I publish to your Instagram. Your call.
Add-ons, if you want them: an extra recording in a cycle, rush turnaround, an edited longform master. On the Engine plan, a comment and performance loop is available on request.
From pipeline to published
Reviewed by me, then live on your feed.
Every short is rendered, then approved, recut or rejected by hand before it ships. Then it goes out on your channels. Here is a real run from a client account.

The production system
Every short rendered and checked, then approved one by one. The machine does the work, a human signs it off.

Published and live
The same clips, on their feed. Consistent output, week after week.
Case study
Same budget, double the posts, better performance, and none of the manual work.
My Active Age paid an editor 50 euro a video. At three posts a week that ran about 600 euro a month, and the editor was the small part. They still picked the clips and the exact timestamps, briefed, gave feedback, then uploaded and posted it all themselves.
Now they post seven times a week for the same budget. They stopped picking clips and timestamps, briefing, scheduling and posting. They send one recording and approve the set, I do the rest, and the clips perform better than the ones they used to pay for.
What this replaces
What coaches pay for this now.
If you want a clip a day, you are likely paying for it one of these ways already. Here is the going rate, and what is missing each time.
| The usual way | Roughly | What is missing |
|---|---|---|
| An AI clipper, run by you | €15 to 75 / mo + your hours | Generic captions, no idea who your audience is, and you still do the work. |
| A freelance editor or clip service | €50 per video, plus your hours | Knows editing, not your marketing, messaging and customers. You still pick the clips and timestamps, brief, give feedback and post. |
| An in-house editor | €2,500+ / mo, salaried | Learns your brand over time, but it is someone to find, pay and manage. |
Figures from live Fiverr and Upwork editing gigs and AI tools (Opus, Vizard, Klap). Per-video editing rates vary with how much editing and B-roll you want.
Plans
From done-for-you clips to a creative partner.
Every plan turns your recordings into ready-to-post clips in your voice. What changes is how much you publish, and how much of the creative I take on. We set the right plan together on a quick first call.
Production
Starter
A coach who wants to stay consistent without touching an editor.
from €350 / month
~8 clips
1 recording / month
- Captions and hooks in your voice
- Built on your brand profile
- One feedback round
- Posted for you, or handed over
Production + creative
Growth
A coach who wants the clips chosen and shaped to land, not just cut.
from €750 / month
~16 clips
2 recordings / month
- Everything in Starter
- I pick the strongest moments for you
- Creative ideas: angles, hooks, series
- A monthly creative review
Creative partner
Engine
A coach or brand running short-form as a real growth channel.
from €1,250 / month
~30 clips
3 to 4 recordings / month
- Everything in Growth
- A social performance dashboard
- A monthly creative direction call
- Comment and performance loop on request
Every plan starts with a one-time brand-profile build, quoted on the first call. A freelance editor charges per video and edits what you brief. The real cost is the hours: picking the clips and timestamps, briefing, feedback and posting. That is the part I take off your plate.
How this is different
The difference is who it is built for.
An editor or an AI tool can both cut a video. Neither one knows your coaching, your audience or your offer. That is where this is different.
| VOM Engine | Freelance editor / VA | AI clipper | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Knows your audience and offer | Yes, from your brand profile | No, thinks generic | No |
| Captions and hooks | Written for your people | Usually you write them | Auto-generated, generic |
| Turnaround | Days, done for you | 2 to 3 days, you manage it | Minutes, but you do the work |
| Who does the work | I do | You brief and manage | You do all of it |
| Built for your niche | Fitness, sport, health and longevity, the only niche I work | Generalist | None |
Curious what your next recording could turn into?
The first call is free. Send me one and I will show you the set that comes back.
This is for you if
You already publish long-form
A podcast, a YouTube channel, or recorded talks.
You coach in fitness, sport, health or longevity
If your work helps people move, perform or feel better, you fit. This niche is all I do.
You want to stay consistent
Without losing your week to editing or managing a hire.
You are on camera
Talking-head is the sweet spot. You and one recording is enough.
Your content is English or Dutch
Both run through the pipeline.
This is not for you if
You have no recordings yet
There is nothing to repurpose. Record first, then talk to me.
You need formats beyond clips
Single images, other platforms and ad creative are outside this.
You coach outside fitness, sport, health or longevity
This niche is all I work in. Outside it you are better matched to a generalist.
Common questions
What coaches usually want to check first.
How much work is this for me?
Two things. You send one recording, and you approve the set in one round. I do the cutting, the captions, the hooks and the rendering. If you want, I post it for you too.
How do you know my brand and voice?
Before the first clip I build a profile of your brand: who you coach, your offer, and the language your audience responds to. I pull it from your website, your reviews, a short survey, and any data you already have. Every caption and clip choice comes out of that, with me as the final check.
Who picks the clips, you or me?
I do. I go through your recording and pull the moments worth posting, then you approve the set in one round. On Starter you can tell me which themes to lean into. On Growth and Engine I drive the selection for you.
What do I actually have to give you?
One usable recording per cycle, in English or Dutch, 20 to 90 minutes, with you on camera. A podcast, a recorded video or a webinar all work. Talking-head is the sweet spot.
What kind of footage works best?
Talking-head, with you close to the camera, crops cleanly to vertical and looks sharpest. Wide or full-body footage with more than one person still works: it gets a clean full-frame layout instead of a tight crop. I tell you upfront what your footage will look like, so there are no surprises.
Can you post it for me?
Yes, or you keep control and post it yourself. Both work. Either way the clips come back ready to go.
Will this get me more followers?
I produce great clips, consistently. Reach depends on your offer and your audience, which I do not control. What I remove is the reason you stop posting.
