Where it gets stuck

This is where online coaching growth usually stalls.

No idea what to post

You post something now and then, but without a plan. You get little response, and hardly anyone books a call.

Sign-ups and DMs sit waiting

A sign-up comes in at night. You reply the next day, and by then the conversation has gone cold.

You don't know what a client is worth

Without that sum you also don't know how much you can spend on winning a new one.

All three can be fixed. That is what the Coach Engine is for.

VOM OS

Every decision backed by data.

A lot of marketing for online coaches runs on gut feeling. I steer on your numbers, on research and on nearly ten years of data from this industry.

It all comes together in VOM OS, my own system. AI watches your numbers every day and does the number crunching. I stay the person you call.

What to expect

What happens after you say yes.

The Coach Engine is the complete online marketing for a 1-on-1 online fitness coach, for a fixed amount per month. This is how the first three months go, and what you do and what I do.

  1. The first 30 days: the assistant is running

First we work out together what an enquiry and a call are allowed to cost. That depends on what a client brings you. Then I build the assistant that answers your DMs and enquiries, because that is where you lose people now.

  2. After that: your page, your ads and your content plan

We sharpen your offer and your landing page together. If you want to advertise, I switch on campaigns on Meta. You get a content plan and a script for your calls.

  3. The first three months: steering on what a client costs

Ads and content first have to learn who responds, and that takes weeks. I steer on what a new client costs you. If a client costs more than they bring in, I tell you. Then we decide together whether it makes sense to continue.

Your own dashboard

You see what a client is worth to you.

Your dashboard shows how many enquiries came in, how many became clients and what a client brings you. Every month I explain what changed and what I am doing about it.

The whole route

From enquiry to a client who stays.

These four steps run from the first message to a client who is still training with you a year later.

  1. More enquiries

A content plan that fits the people you want to reach, and ads on Meta if you want to advertise. Both lead to a page that does what your content promises. I ask clients for a review at the moment they have achieved something, so new people see what you deliver.

  2. More calls from your enquiries

The assistant answers right away, asks follow-up questions and books a call in your calendar. If someone does not show up, they are offered a new appointment. You run the call, because that one is yours.

  3. More clients from your calls

Whoever shows up to your call has already said what they want and what is holding them back. With the call script you know which questions to ask. People who hesitate get a few more messages afterwards, without you chasing them.

  4. Clients who stay

Once you are full, or your enquiries come in by themselves, we switch to Staying full. Then I focus on what keeps clients longer. Think of a fixed start in the first two weeks, check-ins at set moments and bringing former clients back. New enquiries go on a waiting list. When someone stops, I ask why, and with those answers I improve your page, your messages and your follow-up every month.

What runs for you

This is running for you every month.

An assistant that follows up

Answers your DMs and enquiries on Instagram, your website and your landing page, in your tone. Asks follow-up questions, books calls in your calendar and offers a new appointment if someone does not come.

Ads on Meta

If you want to advertise, I set up the campaigns and adjust them based on what they return. If your enquiries already come in, we skip this.

Your offer and your landing page

We sharpen them together. Your voice and your promise stay yours, and I make sure the page turns visitors into enquiries.

A content plan

What you post about and how your posts lead to a call, tuned to the people you want to reach.

A call script

Which questions to ask, how to explain your offer and how to close the call. You run the call yourself.

Follow-up for people who hesitate

Anyone still in doubt after the call gets a few messages. You do not have to chase anyone.

Reviews

A review request at the moment a client has achieved something. That way new people see what you deliver.

Why they chose you

A short survey for new clients. I use their answers in your ads and your content, in their own words.

Dashboard and monthly report

You see every day what comes in, how many calls became clients and what a client is worth to you. Every month you get a report in plain language.

Pricing

Two ways to do this.

You know upfront what you pay. Which of the two fits you is something we settle in the intro call.

Who you work with

Who does this for you.

I am Vince. I have worked in online marketing for the fitness industry since 2017, with gyms, PT studios and online coaches. For years, business owners have come to me to think through their biggest marketing decisions, such as positioning, pricing and growth. My background is conversion optimisation and online psychology. I work out why people buy and why they stay, and I use that to improve the marketing and the service itself. That is also how I know the business model behind it: what a customer is worth, where things go wrong and what growth really costs.

I work for big names in the industry, such as Menno Henselmans, who sells courses and an app worldwide. I also teach the marketing lessons in his personal trainer course. On top of that I have spent years helping online personal trainers, PT studios and gyms.

  • In online marketing since 2017, specialised in fitness marketing
  • For online coaches, PT studios and gyms
  • Marketing lecturer in Menno Henselmans' personal trainer course

Frequently asked questions

What does marketing cost for an online fitness coach?

With me, 449 euro per month while you have room for more clients, and 295 euro per month if you are full or your enquiries come in by themselves. Both amounts exclude VAT. If you advertise, your ad budget comes on top and you pay it directly to Meta. I work out how much that should be before we start.

How do I get more clients as an online coach?

Make sure every DM and enquiry gets an answer right away, and that your content gives people a reason to send you a message. That is the Coach Engine: an assistant that follows up and books calls, a content plan, a landing page and, if you want, ads on Meta. The assistant is running within the first thirty days.

What is the difference between Growing and Staying full?

Growing is for a coach who still has room. Then everything is about new clients. Once you are full, or your enquiries come in by themselves, you switch to Staying full. New enquiries then go on a waiting list. On top of that I focus on what keeps clients longer: a fixed start, check-ins, bringing former clients back and asking clients to bring a friend. When someone stops, I ask why. With those answers I improve your page, your messages and your follow-up every month.

How do I keep my clients longer as an online coach?

People who drop off often do so in the first weeks, without saying anything. Give them a fixed start, ask at set moments how it is going and respond as soon as someone goes quiet. The Coach Engine does that in Staying full. And measure how many clients are still paying after three months, because that number tells you whether it works.

What if it does not work for my coaching?

I go all out to bring you more clients. I steer on what a client brings you over their whole time with you, not on as many enquiries as possible. In the first month we record your baseline, so you see in black and white what changes. If it turns out we are not a match, or you are not getting enough out of it, I say so and we simply stop.

I have paid an agency or business coach before, but got very little in return. Why would this be different?

More reach will not help if DMs go unanswered. That is why I begin by making sure every DM and enquiry gets an answer straight away. During the first month, I measure your current results. This gives you a clear starting point, so you can see what changes. If the results are not good enough, I tell you.

Does that assistant sound like me?

It writes in your tone, with your words and your answers to the questions you get most. I build it on conversations you already have. When it is unsure, it hands the conversation to you. The same setup already runs for other clients, in English and in Dutch.

Who will I be working with?

With me. I build your assistant and landing page, and create your content plan. I make the monthly updates myself. If you have a question, you can message or email me. I will reply to you myself.

Do I have to advertise?

No. If your enquiries already come in through your content, you can start without ads. If you want more enquiries, I set up ads on Meta and adjust them based on what they return.

Am I tied to anything?

The starting period is three months, because I need that time to build the engine and tune it to your clients. After that you cancel monthly. Your accounts and your data are in your name and stay yours.

Do I have to build or learn anything myself?

No. I build and run the technology. We sharpen your offer and your landing page together, because your voice and your promise stay yours. Setting up and maintaining the systems is my job.

How fast is it live?

In the first thirty days the assistant that follows up on your DMs and enquiries is running. Your page, your content plan and your ads follow after that, within the first three months.

What do I have to do myself?

Give access to your accounts, share your existing conversations and material, and run the calls I book for you. When someone becomes a client, you let me know, because they get the review request and the survey. If you choose Staying full, you share your client list every month. The messages then go to your own clients.
