For personal trainers and PT studios
More clients for your PT studio, less drop-off
Filling your studio takes time you would rather spend on the floor. I make it easy. I run the ads, the page where people sign up, and a chatbot that turns those enquiries into intro appointments in your calendar.
- More enquiries from your own area, including people already searching
- Clients who fit your approach and how you work
- Every message gets an answer right away, evenings and weekends included

What you get back
What this brings you.
You get clients
On Google you reach people looking for a trainer right now. On Meta you reach the rest of your area. They land on a page built to turn visitors into enquiries.
You get the right clients
The campaigns target the kind of client who fits your approach. That saves you conversations with people who were never going to come.
The enquiries get picked up
A chatbot answers the messages on your landing page, your website and your social media. It asks follow-up questions and books an intro appointment in your calendar.
You see what it returns
A dashboard you can open every day. And a report from me every month, in plain language.
How it works
How the Client Engine works
The Client Engine is the complete online marketing for a personal trainer or PT studio, for a fixed amount per month. You get ads on Google and Meta, a landing page that turns visitors into enquiries, a chatbot that follows those enquiries up, and a dashboard with a monthly report. All from one person, so the steps connect.
I turn on the flow of people
Search ads on Google for people looking for a personal trainer right now. Meta ads across the area you work in. And a landing page that says exactly what the ad promised.
The chatbot picks up the enquiries
Anyone who reaches out on your page, your website or your social media gets an answer right away. The bot asks what they are looking for and books an intro appointment in your calendar.
You see what is happening
Your dashboard shows the enquiries, the intro appointments booked and what your ad budget did. Every month you get a report on top of that.
Your own dashboard
You see what comes in, every day.
You get your own dashboard. It shows how many people visited your page, how many signed up, how many intro appointments ended up in your calendar and what that cost you. You do not have to track anything yourself.
- Updated daily, so you look whenever you want
- Per channel what it returned and what an enquiry cost
- A report from me every month, without marketing jargon

The whole route
From ad to a client who stays.
These four steps run from the first ad to a client who is still there a year later.
More enquiries
Search ads on Google for people searching in your area right now. Meta ads across the area you work in. And a page that does what the ad promised. Your Google Business Profile and your spot on Maps are in order, so people find you without a paid click too. I do the same for AI assistants like ChatGPT. They build their answer from what is findable about you online, so I make sure that is correct and complete.
More intro appointments
The chatbot answers every message and asks what the person is looking for. Then it books an intro appointment in a slot you released, with a reminder beforehand.
More clients
The intro conversation is yours. I make sure the people sitting across from you come from your area and have already said what they want to achieve. That makes your conversation a lot easier.
More value per client
A new client only pays off if they stay. Once the flow of people is running, I look at what keeps your clients longer: your first weeks with a new client, your follow-up and your offer.
What runs for you
This is running for you every month.
Ads on Google and Meta
I set the campaigns up and steer them on what they return.
A landing page
The page your ads land on, built to turn visitors into enquiries. I build it and I keep it up to date.
A chatbot that follows up
Answers the messages on your landing page, your website and your social media, and books intro appointments in your calendar.
Being found in your area
Your Google Business Profile and your spot on Maps in order, so people find you without you paying per click.
Being found in ChatGPT and Google AI
Ask ChatGPT or Google's AI answers for a personal trainer nearby and you get a short list back. I make sure the information about your studio is correct and complete, so you stand a chance of being on it.
Dashboard and monthly report
You see what comes in every day. Every month you get a report in plain language.
Pricing
Two ways to do this.
You know up front exactly what you pay. Which of the two fits you is something we settle in the intro call.
Growing
If your calendar is not full yet
€495
per month, excluding VAT
- Ads on Google and Meta, fully managed
- A landing page that produces enquiries
- A chatbot that picks up your messages and books intro appointments
- Being found in your area and in AI assistants
- Dashboard and monthly report
Staying full
If your calendar is full and needs to stay that way
€325
per month, excluding VAT
- Campaigns keep running to replace the clients who leave
- Your chatbot and your visibility stay maintained
- I look at what keeps your clients longer
- The same dashboard and monthly report
On top of the monthly amount you only pay your ad budget, and that goes straight to Google and Meta. So you see exactly where your money goes. The starting period is three months, after that you cancel monthly.

Who you work with
Who does this for you.
I am Vince. I have worked in online marketing since 2017, almost entirely in fitness. I work for gyms, PT studios and online coaches. My background is conversion optimisation and online psychology. I work out why people buy and why they stay, for maximum value and a better service. That means I also know the business model underneath: what a customer is worth, where it goes wrong and what growth actually costs.
I work for big names in the industry, such as Menno Henselmans, who sells courses and an app worldwide. I also teach the marketing lessons in his personal trainer course. On top of that I have spent years helping online personal trainers, PT studios and gyms.
- In online marketing since 2017, specialised in fitness marketing
- For gyms, PT studios and online coaches
- Marketing lecturer in Menno Henselmans' personal trainer course

Frequently asked questions
What does online marketing for a personal trainer cost?
With me it is 495 euro per month while your calendar is not full yet, and 325 euro per month if you only want to keep it full. Both amounts exclude VAT. Your ad budget comes on top of that and you pay it straight to Google and Meta. What that budget should be depends on your area and on what a client is worth to you. I work that out before we start.
How do I get more clients for my PT studio?
Make sure the people already searching find you, and that someone answers the moment they reach out. That is the Client Engine: ads on Google and Meta, a page where people sign up, and a chatbot that turns those enquiries into intro appointments in your calendar. Count on 14 to 21 working days before it is running.
What if it does not work for my studio?
I go all the way to get your calendar fuller. I steer on what a new client is worth to you, not on as many enquiries as possible. As long as a client brings in more over the whole run than it costs to win them, you make money on the campaign. If I see that ratio going the wrong way, I say so. If we are not a match, we simply stop.
Is there an ad budget on top?
Yes. You pay your ad budget straight to Google and Meta, so it does not run through me. How much that should be depends on your area, your competition and what you want to achieve. I work that out for you before we start and come back with an amount that fits what a client is worth to you.
Am I locked into anything?
The starting period is three months, because I need that time to tune the campaigns to your area. After that you cancel monthly. Your ad accounts and your data are in your name and stay yours.
Do you also work for my competitor down the road?
No. I work with one studio per area. If you say yes, I say no to the trainer around the corner.
Who answers my enquiries?
The chatbot handles first contact: on your landing page, on your website and on your social media. It asks follow-up questions and books an intro appointment in your calendar. The conversation itself is yours, because that conversation belongs to you.
How fast is everything live?
Count on 14 to 21 working days after you have given me access and material. After that your ads are live and the follow-up is running.
Do you maintain my website too?
The landing page that belongs to the campaigns is one I build and keep up to date. Work on your own website is not part of this by default. Want that included, then we agree it separately.
What do I have to do myself?
Give access to your accounts, hand over some basic material, and receive the people I book in for you.
