Data Deletion

This page explains how to submit a request to delete personal data or business data that Vince Online Marketing processes in connection with your use of our services or the Meta Business API integration.

How do you submit a request?

Send an email to info@vinceonlinemarketing.com with the subject "Data deletion request". State in your message:

• Your full name or company name.
• The email address linked to your account.
• For Meta API requests: your Facebook Page ID, Instagram Business ID or Ad Account ID from which data must be deleted.
• A short description of which data you want deleted.

What happens after your request?

After receiving the request, we contact you within 5 business days to verify the identity of the requester. We then delete the relevant data from our systems within 30 days. You receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Which data is deleted?

• All personal contact details (name, email, phone, organisation).
• Locally stored reports, audits and analysis files that can be traced to the requester.
• For Meta API: all cached ad account, page or Instagram data we previously retrieved via the Meta Business API.
• Related backups within our normal 90-day rotation cycle.

What is retained?

On the basis of legal obligations, certain data is retained:

• Invoice and accounting data: 7 years (tax retention obligation).
• Correspondence needed to comply with legal obligations or to defend against a legal dispute.

This retained data is not used for other purposes and is deleted after the statutory term has expired.
